Desert Yoga Therapy offers an ecclectic blend of classes with a therapeutic backdrop. Both community classes, small
semi-private group classes (6 maximum) and one-on-one yoga therapy based sessions are available in the Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs area. We also run retreats to Australia and Idyllwild for weekend and longer.

Yoga is increasing and is now at Yoga Center Palm Desert. The Little Yogis class combines dynamic movements, postures, breathing exercises and mini-meditations of Kundalini and Hatha yoga. Kids yoga is a fun program full of physical fitness, social, self-awareness and games that encourage movement.
