Jan has been teaching yoga sine 1980. She creates personalized yoga classes that result from a collaborative assessment
of each student's unique needs, goals, and objectives. Her classes are gentle and restorative. They include asana, pranayama, mudra, and meditation.
$5 community classes are held Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:45-7pm and Saturdays from 8:30-9:45am at St. John's Cathedral on Washington St. Between 13th & 14th Avenues in Denver. Proceeds are donated to Jan's favorite charities.
When time allows Jan accepts a limited number of private students and corporate clients.
