I am an 800-hour Dharma Yoga teacher trained by Sri Dharma Mittra, teaching in the greater New York area. I have also
been certified in Prana Yoga (200-hour) by Dr. Jeff Migdow and Priti Robyn Ross. Currently I am studying with Dr. Reggie Ray in the lineage of Chogyam Trungpa Rincpoche, and incorporate their Vajrayana Buddhist teachings into my classes, blending them with classical Hatha-Raja-Ashtanga yoga, meditation, pranayama (breathing), relaxation and ethics. I also practice Reiki and shamanic energy healing. Classes and healing sessions are available for groups or individuals, reconnecting one to the Authentic Self and reintegrating all the elements of the vital Life Force. Classes are fun, meditative, safe and spiritual.
