Association Certified Personal Trainer and Reiki Master. She is the creator of The 12 Steps of Yoga ® and a long-time faculty member of the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies. She has traveled throughout North and Central America leading classes and workshops. Currently Cheryl is teaching classes for members of the Belleair Country Club and public classes on the white sands of Clearwater Beach, at the Belleair Beach Community Center as well as traveling teaching workshops in Rhode Island and New York. Colette specializes in the healing aspect of what Yoga truly offers the body’s internal systems and process, as well as the health of the spin and joints.
All evening classes offered at Pura Vida Wellness Spa are taught by Stephanie Carroll who is a 200 hour registered yoga instructor and licensed massage therapist. Stephanie offers small group lessons in a comfortable and serene spa atmosphere. She has a background in a variety of different styles of yoga as well as various therapeutic modalities in addition to her background in kinesiology and exercise physiology. She specializes in individuals with special needs and personalizes lessons to enhance individual practice.

Community Yoga is for everybody. Every Tuesday & Thursday at 10:15 am at the Community Center. You will learn the
basics of yoga poses, correct body alignment, techniques for yoga breathing, general anatomy and physiology, and the philosophy of yoga. We use safe teaching sequences designed to warm and open the body to promote strength, flexibility, and balance—always mindful of the need to avoid injury. Taught by Certified Yoga Teachers.
