Life's Journey Yoga and Wellness Center offers a serene environment intentionally designed to assist in balancing the
stress of daily living. We offer up to 30 yoga classes per week to meet your needs of time and level of practice. Classes range from Beginner to Gentle to Intermediate all the way to Power. We also have an entire YogaKids and Teen Program to teach early skills for coping and learning to release childhood anxieties while building a strength and confidence within.

El's teaching focuses on creating a healthy posture as well as connecting to the yogic principles. Each practice includes mindful techniques to help students connect with the practice, including (asana) strengthening and balancing the body, (pranayama) mindful breathing exercises and (dhyana) restorative relaxation.
