mornings from 10 a m until 11a m and Thursday afternoons from 5 P.M. until 6 P.M. Regular Hatha Yoga classes are offered on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 5 p until 6 p m, Tuesday evenings from 6 P.M. until 7 P.M. and Saturday mornings from 10 a m until 11 a m.
Balanced Energy Wellness focuses on bringing balance to the body and mind through yoga and nutrition. Our yoga classes
are taught in a gentle Vinyasa style that is suitable for all experience levels. In addition to traditional yoga poses, they incorporate body awareness, breathing techniques, guided imagery, meditation and relaxation to make for a rich yoga practice that helps relieve stress and keeps the body strong, flexible and mobile.
Intentional practice informed by traditional Hatha Yoga, Anusura, Yin Yoga and Vini Yoga in a private studio with

We would like to offer a few helpful hints to make your experience at the studio the best it can be: ¦Our studio does not accept credit or debit cards at this time. ¦Multi-class cards are available. ¦Please remove your shoes before walking on the carpeted areas of the studio. ¦For reasons of hygiene it is recommended that you bring your own yoga mat to class. Rental mats are available for $3 per class. Please spray rental mats with yoga mat cleaner before you put them away. ¦Our class schedule is posted on the right and will remain the same for the next several months. Sahaj Marg (Natural Path) is a simple spiritual practice based on heart-centered meditation, and blends the material
and the spiritual into an integrated whole. In Sahaj Marg, an aspirant can practice meditation directly, bypassing the preliminary stages of Patanjali's ancient system of Raja Yoga. Regular practice helps us connect with the spiritual essence within each of us, leading to a balanced existence. Training in and the practice of Sahaj Marg Meditation is free of charge.
