aids in the awakening of your spiritual powers and awareness. The Amrit style is a meditative approach that emphasizes the reflective and meditative aspects of yoga practice. Yogassage prices are $100 per 1 1/4 hour session. Reiki healing sessions are $35 per each 1/2 hour. Past Life Regression $100 per hour.

Betsy is a Yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance, having completed her yoga teacher training in the disciplines
of both Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Her Yoga students range in age from toddlers to 80 years old. They cover a wide range of strength and ability, but each student feels better, breathes easier and carries less stress than when they started. Classes include Hatha, Vinyasa, Gentle and Yoga Basics.
