O Therapy Services, LLC is dedicated to providing occupational and yoga therapy to people of all ages, abilities and
backgrounds. O Therapy is currently owned and operated by Karen Oberg, OTR/L, RYT. Karen currently teaches yoga and provides occupational and yoga therapy to individuals and groups. Currently, 3 adult yoga classes are offered and 1 prenatal yoga class weekly.
Believing that the practice of yoga integrates mind, body and spirit, I believe yoga can be integrated into all types of therapy,nurturing one’s path toward individual growth and healing fosters community transformation and interconnectedness. O Therapy’s mission is to provide access to yoga and occupational therapy to all people, regardless of perceived barriers. Find strength, flexibility and open mind. Karen has and is continuing her education in Integrated Movement Therapy®, a clinically based, empirically sound yoga therapy approach.
Depending on your age and condition, therapy may be covered by insurance, F.S.A. or H.S.A. A physician’s referral would then be required. Strictly yoga therapy is on a private pay basis. If your ability to pay is a perceived barrier, then a sliding fee scale will be considered. Current prices are $10/classes, 4/$32, 8/$48.
Montana Mobile Yoga offers group and individual classes in hatha yoga in the Kripalu tradition brought to you. Specailizing
in yoga for people not yet ready to visit a studio, whether affected by heart disease, cancer, disability, or simply a bit shy. Individually designed home practice is available. Owner Gerri Jardine is available for demonstrations, lectures, film screenings and other yoga-related events. Please call for times and locations of weekly classes or to schedule private sessions. Yoga of the Heart (YotH) certified, Yoga Alliance registered (RYT 200), Discovery Yoga certified, member Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association (KYTA).
