Sukha Arts Center prides itself on being a community that inspires creativity. We strive to provide everyone who walks
through our doors with a sense of joy, ease and bliss or “sukha”. Our arts center offers classes and workshops to all ages to provide everyone with an experience that ignites their passion.
Dance: We provide a comprehensive dance education for children ages 2 through 18. Our focus is to teach classical dance technique while simultaneously inspiring creativity and passion within our students. Sukha is home to a dedicated staff with years of experience to ensure that your child walks away with a dance education to cherish forever.
Yoga: Sukha offers yoga classes by donation so that everyone can enjoy the benefits of “sukha”. We believe that yoga is a gift that should be shared with the community. By embracing the connection of the mind, body, and spirit, we can all bring more positivity into our lives.
Art: Harnessing the creative spirit is of the utmost importance. We offer an art program that spans from drawing to sewing so that everyone can channel their originality to create their vision. We want our art classes to bring joy into your life one brushstroke at a time.

We emphasize that asana, the physical Yoga practice, is only one of the 8 limbs of Yoga as outlined by Master Patanjali
in the great Yoga Sutras. These physical poses are intended to be practiced with the first two limbs, the Yamas and Niyamas (ethical practices). This means that we must live our practice if we want to experience its full benefits. And of course, you'll get a fit, healthy body in the process. Join us for yoga and meditation classes where you can unplug, and relax at this little oasis located in the heart of Piermont, NY.
