studio that offers daily classes for all levels in a fun, safe and supportive environment, workshops, as well as Yoga Immersion & Teacher Training/Certification Programs. classes at the Trenton Quaker Meeting. Classes are open to all levels and are offered by certified yoga teachers. Classes are held Wednesday evenings at 5:30 and Saturday mornings at 9:00. The yoga space is on the second floor of the 18th century Trenton Quaker Meeting. Join us!
I teach an energizing and vigorous vinyasa class and am currently accepting new students for private lessons, group
classes and corporate settings. My approach to yoga focuses heavily on the yogic principles and how we can work on our spiritual, emotional and mental selves through our physical asana practice. My classes leave my students feeling enriched and invigorated.
Romy integrates her training in Iyengar, Anusara and Kundalini Yoga into a Vinyasa Style Asana practice. She uses music,
poetry, dance and hands-on assist to make classes fun and challenging while emphasizing careful attention to alignment. In addition to teaching yoga and other group fitness classes, Romy offers private yoga instruction, kids’ yoga, instructs athletes on the benefits of yoga by giving workshops at sports camps.
Carrie enthusiastically believes yoga is for everyone, no matter lifestyle, skill level, or experience. She hopes her
students find a peaceful space to be present and to feel safe to explore whatever may come up during their practice. She enjoys incorporating yogic philosophy and principles into her classes as well as drawing from everyday experiences.
Carrie teaches several group classes a week at area studios and is available to teach private, group and corporate classes.
Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy combines simple yoga postures with mind-body. The work allows you to explore unresolved
emotions stored in the body that may be seen/felt in the body as physical and/or emotional aches and pains. You will be placed into simple yoga postures/posture and invited to participate in a simple, client centered dialogue. Emotions are explored and givin the opportunity to release, leading to the ultimate transformation within. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN YOGA IS NECESSARY!

Asana Alphabet, provides high-quality and personalized training for teaching children's yoga. Courses include an intensive
