is offering a six-month comprehensive Yoga Teacher Certification Program that will be accessible to serious Yoga students and aspiring teachers, as well as experienced students with a desire to deepen their practice. One on one Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy sessions - for individuals just starting out, looking for pain and injury management,

During a typical session you will be supported in carefully chosen supported yoga postures with your needs in mind - Be guided through a dialogue process designed to take you into a deeper understanding of your own internal experience, learn pranayama and meditation techniques as well.
