Sage founder Susan Rubin ERYT 500 certified Instructor with over 15 years of experience. Located conveniently near the train station in Mt. Kisco, Quest Yoga offers many strong Vinyasa classes, and specialty

Heather also has a background in managing studios in Westchester County and has advanced knowledge of MindBody online. She creates yoga newsletter announcements, designs websites, and maintains social media pages. Her diverse skill set makes Heather a great asset to the yoga community.
Currently Maryam leads intermediate vigorous and nurturing yoga classes in White Plains, with focus on the breath
and alignment. She encourages the students to approach their practice with a sense of play, mindfulness and lack of judgment. The classes are during lunch time and last about 1 hour and fifteen minutes (walk in price - $12). Private classes can also be arranged.
Maryam is a certified yoga instructor from Om Yoga Center in NYC, and has received teacher training from various master teachers. She leads international yoga retreats (in Costa Rica, Mexico and elsewhere).
A Vinyasa style dynamic flow class, which uses 'breath to movement' to integrate the mind/ body connection. This
intensified practice builds strength through Sun Salutations, standing postures, arm balances, core strengthening and includes backbends, hip openers, as well as inversions. We promote fearless flexibility, functional core strength, focused breathing, balance & counterbalance, emotional intelligence, mental edge agility, relaxation and recovery.

Downstairs, you can suspend in perfect alignment in the Iyengar Rope Wall Studio or sweat it out in the hot yoga room.
