Ananda on the Hudson provides Kripalu (meaning compassion) yoga for all levels of students including beginners, pre-natal
and kids. We also provide private lessons in your home or ours. Our rates are reasonable and in some cases negotiable. We believe that no one should be excluded from the benefits of yoga due to cost. Healing Reiki services are also available. Personal transformation begins with compassion.

Taught by internationally certified instructor, Ellen Forman, this class fits the needs of all levels. Ellen emphasizes the inward journey and the profound healing effects of yoga on the mind, body and spirit; yoga’s numerous benefits include improved flexibility, endurance, and strength.
