O2 Living is a Holistic Wellness Center that includes a yoga studio, spa, live food cafe and eco-friendly boutique. The Yoga classes O2 offers are: Vinyasa, Restorative, Gentle Flow, Kundalini, Hot Vinyasa, Hot Yoga and Power Vinyasa. The classes come in a wide range of levels from beginner to level 3. O2's yoga teachers also offer private sessions.
My yoga classes emphasize the breath and coordinating the breath with movement, with adaptations for each individual. I offer private sessions and small group classes in my home studio. I also teach classes in Mount Kisco, Rye, Yonkers and White Plains, NY, and am available for private sessions.
