We invite you to come in and share the practice of Yoga.
Classical Yoga is a science that combining practical methodology, intellectual understanding, and heartfelt commitment.
It is both applicable and accessible regardless of one's age or stage of life. This traditional, systematic approach promotes purification on physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual levels.
We are committed to learning, experiencing, and sharing the deepest meanings of these ancient teachings, stemming from the timeless tenets of sanatana dharma. The purity and power of these insights would not be possible if not for our Bapuji, Swami Shri Ashutosh Muni.
It is our objective to cultivate the highest aspects of the soul and we are delighted to have the opportunity to work with students who are ready to commit to the highest aspects of the Self within.

Anahata Kingston was founded by Theresa Lyn Widmann, Kundalini Yoga practitioner and authentic teacher of Kundalini
Yoga, Meditation and Gong Sound Healing. Theresa is passionate about helping others find their truest and most fulfilled self and uses the tools of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to inspire and uplift others in the classroom and in life.
Having a deep passion for music and sound from a very early age, Theresa maintains a strong connecting to the Naad and feels it is one of the most important tools available for healing and evolving. Having spent several years re-connecting to her own voice as a means of healing and creating, she is intimately familiar with the power of Mantra and Kirtan. Once exposed to the power of the Gong, Theresa began exploring and studying the different frequencies in the Paiste line of Gongs. Currently she works with three Paiste Gongs, a Symphonic, a Pluto and a Saturn.
Appreciating the diversity in each of us and our uniquely special paths, Theresa has created a welcoming environment with classes for ANY and ALL seeking transformation, motivation, love, happiness, healing and peace. The beautiful Anahata teachers bring experience and joy to each of their classes creating a community of like-minded, open and compassionate yogis and yoginis.
Please join us in the studio for a class or a special workshop whenever you are ready to explore! We are tuned in to the cycles of our beautiful Universe and always celebrate the Full and New Moons and Solstices and Equinoxes in special and powerful ways.
We wish you peace and love on your journey! Sat Nam
