Vinyasa Yoga is a series of flowing movement sequences coordinated with rhythmic breathing. In every class I integrate
many principles of yoga, as well as the relaxed wakefulness of Buddhist mindfulness meditation. I use a variety of meditative and asana inspired music to keep your flow focused. You will depart feeling calm, refreshed and centered. All levels are welcome. private session by appointment.
