Yoga for Bliss is based in Riverdale, Bronx, New York City. We offer weekly classes in yoga, pilates and meditation.
Within the structure of each class, you can work at your own ability level in a non-competitive, peaceful atmosphere, discovering your own journey towards health, balance, and bliss. All our instructors are trained and certified, and will do their best to ensure that you get the most benefit from each class.

Together we will focus on strengthening the spinal muscles, as well as the abdominal wall, and include various asanas which will lengthen and tone your muscles.
