Ananda on the Hudson provides Kripalu (meaning compassion) yoga for all levels of students including beginners, pre-natal
and kids. We also provide private lessons in your home or ours. Our rates are reasonable and in some cases negotiable. We believe that no one should be excluded from the benefits of yoga due to cost. Healing Reiki services are also available. Personal transformation begins with compassion.

Director and Certified Anusara Yoga teacher Ami Jayaprada Hirschstein has been teaching and sharing her passion for yoga in the Hudson Valley since 1996.
