We opened the first Mighty Yoga studio in August 2009 in Ithaca, NY with the vision to create a welcoming, fun, and
supportive space where people can discover, explore, and expand their yoga practice. What started out as one person’s dream has turned into a wonderful community, built by our teachers, team and students. Our studio has blossomed into a haven where yoga practitioners of all levels and backgrounds can be curious, playful, and adventurous—on and off their mats.
