Yoga Basics, Gentle, Experienced and private classes are offered in Iyengar yoga which emphasizes correct alignment
and clear instruction to develop strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. All classes are taught by Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Karyl Tych. Classes are small and include individualized instruction.
