My name is Austin Lewis, I am a certified Yoga Instructor, certified by Mindful Motion Yoga Center School, based in
Goodlettsville TN. I have been teaching yoga since 2011. My classes are great for beginners and seasoned yogis as well that are looking to deepen their practice. I offer classes more focused on the challenge of correct healthy form rather than the number of poses I can cram into an hour session. I hold no set price for the classes I offer, I simply present my services and allow people to make donations that are conducive with their personal budget. During cold months, my classes are held in a beautiful space offered to me by Connell Memorial Methodist Church in Goodlettsville TN. This space offers my students soft wooden floors, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, soft lighting, and a built-in sound system. During the warmer months of the year, I offer classes outdoors in Moss Wright Park, also located in Goodlettsville TN. My students and I are very much looking forward to getting back to the park, there is something to be said for practicing yoga in nature. Looking up into a clear blue sky or feeling the sun on your face in warrior pose liberates a soul in a way that I can't put into words. This is how I originally came up with the name

About the Teacher. Pat has taught yoga at Kaiser Permanente, YWCA, San Diego Center for the Blind, corporate employees, as well as in-home private classes. She taught Seniors yoga for over 10 years, and to students from age 11 to over 80 years of age.
She began her yoga journey at the Yoga Studio of Cincinnati. Since then she has continued to study various Yoga disciplines including Laughing Yoga, and has a 500-Hour Certification in Anahata Yoga and Silver Age Yoga Certification.
