Pat has run yoga workshops for the Girl Scouts and for various schools - the PE program at Loudoun Country Day, the choral department at Herndon Middle School, Herndon High School and at the West Potomac Academy in Alexandria. She has also worked with the Loudoun County Public Library in offering an introduction to Yoga as a part of the Summer Reading Program for Children and Teens. Pat also offers private instruction. She has worked with many clients teaching them to use yoga and breathing to help cope with high blood pressure, Crohn's disease, stress, fibromyalgia and cancer. Pat is a certified Relax and Renew Restorative Yoga teacher. Pat teaches from the heart and emphasizes opening up to the total experience of yoga. She is a former professional dancer and ballet teacher.

Radiant Child Yoga Program (RCYP) is a certificate program for teaching yoga teachers, school teachers, parents and
