Cynthia Bialek has been in the fitness industry for over 26 years. She is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and is also a
certified personal trainer, aquatic trainer and author of YOGA AFLOAT. She has her own Studio of YAVA YOGA and has just graduating her sixth group of teacher trainees this Summer. The 2011/2012 Teacher Training begins this October 2011 and runs one weekend a month until July 2012. The YAVA YOGA method has beginner to advanced levels of instruction and focuses heavily on alignment, and improving muscular strength and balance, as well as flexibility. There are specific preparitory movements for each traditional Yoga pose to assure students understand how to get into the pose but also how to hold on to the pose for an extended period of time.
