I'm an E-RYT 500 hour trained yoga teacher and teach at Zenya Yoga Studio. I teach a gentle vinyasa flow yoga style
which emphasizes the inner experience in the pose to create balance and harmony in body, mind and spirit. I'm also trained inLifeforce Yoga which uses sounds, mantras and visualizations for working with depression, anxiety and PTSD and offer individual sessions.
