In Floyd, Southwest Virginia. Gentle, mixed-levels yoga classes provide time and space to listen to our inner teachers
and help manage stress. Practices include standing poses, backward and forward bending, inversions and twists, deep relaxation, breathing practices, a short meditation, and chanting. Students are encouraged to adapt the practices to their own needs in the moment. Drop-ins are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothes, and avoid eating much for a couple of hours before class. Our mission is find the union of opposites. For more firey individuals we encourage a calming slow stretch to balance
out the intensity. For more passive individuals that need to awaken the power within we encourage a more intense approach. We offer classes to fit the needs of ALL individuals so that everyone can find their own personal balance and feel good in their body and good in their life!
