Starting September 2012 Soluna Yoga Studio will also become Soluna Yoga School. The school is a Registered Yoga School through Yoga Alliance. I offer a variety of YogaFit® classes at the Malta Community Center. Current and upcoming sessions are listed on my website. I also offer customized instruction across the capital region. Each class is sequenced to best meet student needs.
~Liz Filippone received her 500 hour teacher training from the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco and has been
practicing yoga for over ten years. She also studied Vinyasa style yoga with Jason Crandell and Seane Corn. She enjoys teaching as well as sharing her experiences with the practice. Liz is also a Movement-based Performance Artst.
