The Yoga Association of Alberta is a non-profit organization that offers yoga activities to the public for the purpose
of providing self development opportunities. The Association provides co-ordination and support throughout the province through its own activities and in co-operation with groups practising all recognized yoga disciplines.

You are guided by a Yoga Master Zena Ursuliak with 44 years yoga teaching experience, who lived in India for almost nine years. She holds the titles of: Yogacharini (Yoga Master), Yoga Maha Ratna (Great Jewel of Yoga), Yoga Shiromani (Beauty of Yoga), Mantra Guru, Honourary Doctorate of Dance. Zena was the Assistant Yoga Teacher and Administrator at Patanjali Yoga Center in Kathmandu, Nepal for over seven years, helping to teach twelve one month International Yoga Teacher Training Courses. For ten years she taught at the Okanagan Summer School of the Arts in Penticton, B.C. She in an International Teacher and has taught numerous yoga classes and workshops in Australia, USA, Canada, Germany, Japan, India and Nepal. She is an International Advisor for the International Yoga Federation and a senior teacher for the Yoga Association of Alberta. From 1998 to 2002 Zena was Secretary of the Yoga Association of Alberta.
