Angel Yoga 4 Kids Adults & Families (AYK) has been teaching yoga to children,
their parents and adults for over 14 years. We have taught in primary and secondary schools, kindies and daycare centres, children with special needs and our regular studio classes, holiday and adult workshops. Our Teacher Training Program has been facilitated through out Australia for over 9 years. Our program has been extensively tested and proven to be successful with thousand's of children experiencing the MANY benefits of yoga during their formative years. Hence, receiving the gift of yoga for LIFE! Once a child makes the YOGA CONNECTION they are empowered with skills to manage their lives during the fluctuating changes and busy, demanding times of their childhood and adolescence. Giving the Gift of Yoga Angel Yoga 4 Kids (AYK) founder and director, Dani Reidy, spent her youth (25 years to be exact) studying and performing ballet on a professional level. During this time Dani taught ballet and modern dance to children in Melbourne She has been teaching Yoga for over 13 years. Dani is a senior yoga teacher, a full member of My Health Association and regularly upgrades her skills participating in workshops and retreats. Experience allows Dani to teach from a perspective of compassion, understanding and empathy while delivering adult, family and kids yoga classes that instil boundaries, respect and love. Her extensive knowledge and material on kids yoga supports and encourages all children to be their best physically, emotionally and mentally. Dani feels the chaotic world of BUSI NESS has taken children away from their imaginations and spirit. In AYK classes we help to take them back 'HOME' to who they truly are.

Stretch Yoga Brisbane was opened in May 2014 on Albert St in the heart of the CBD with a goal to provide city residents,
