The Yoga Room is based in the Southern Highlands’ northern village of Colo Vale, just 10 minutes north of Mittagong. Group
classes are designed around the students, with emphasis on a therapeutic approach for healing. Also Yoga Therapy which works one on one with those wanting to take control of their own health and well being - dealing with issues ranging from muscular conditions e.g. back, hip issues to depression, anxiety and stress etc. Classes are held in a quiet, peaceful & spacious private studio surrounded by native gardens and birdsong. All classes are conducted in a friendly, personal, welcoming and supportive way, with much care given to your individual needs and abilities. There is plenty of parking on site and the room is carpeted, heated and well ventilated, with change room on site. The benefits of yoga are many : Yoga attunes the body, improves posture, corrects breathing patterns, helps reduce stress, brings deep relaxation. It encourages the body to become healthier, fitter, leaner and stronger. The mind experiences clarity, focus and tranquility. You will leave each session feeling thoroughly rejuvenated and invigorated, at the same time calm and relaxed.
