Welcome to Humming Puppy, a yoga studio in Melbourne and a yoga experience evolved from traditional practices in a
stunning space that resonate with a perfect hum. Humming Puppy is a journey that begins the moment you leave the outside world and step inside our studio. We draw our inspiration from the lineages from which we have practiced and learnt. This gives our students a unified and holistic practice that reflects the literal Sanskrit translation of the word yoga “union”. We base our teachings on the principles of breath-pranayama, movement-asana and awareness-meditation. These principles are the foundation of our 4 class styles in which we welcome beginners through to the most experienced yogi. Our classes are typically ‘warm’, conducted in a climate controlled environment of no more than 27 degrees.

Peachy Yoga is bringing yoga for all to Fitzroy Gardens in Melbourne.
Why yoga in the park? Why not! Yoga is about
creating movement with a connection to the breath. It is an opportunity to bring calmness into the mind and body - and what better place to find calmness than in a park! Due to our busy lives - we rarely can find time to sit and enjoy the amazing environment that is around us, yoga in the park not only allows you to find time to give back to yourself, but also allows you to connect with nature.
The style is based on Hatha/Flow which basically means anyone of any ability can enjoy it. The main focus is on correct alignment of the body to ensure safety and to get the best benefit from the poses. The style and pace can be tailored to what you want to ensure you really are getting the most out of your yoga practice.
