Kimberley Roberts is a hatha yoga teacher and mentor in yoga as a way of life. Inspired by the wonder of conscious
breathing, she has been teaching yoga for over 12 years and practicing yoga for her entire adult life. In 2003, Kimberley studied extensively in Northern India and imbibed the traditional yogic lifestyle at Satyananda Ashram/Bihar Yoga University. Receiving much of her inspiration from nature, Kimberley's vision is of inspiring people to practice yoga as a means of releasing their burdens and embracing their lives: to enjoy a daily yogic lifestyle that inherantly reveals great richness, depth and profound wonder in our everyday experience.
Kimberley has deep roots in the practice of yoga, embracing all lineages as both an ancient tradition and a modern experience. She is formally trained with the International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA) and is an accredited Satyananda Yoga Teacher.
Based in Melbourne, Kimberley teaches general classes, the popular "Yoga for Wellbeing" course, workplace yoga, and one-to-one sessions; as well as treating her students to local and international immersion retreats. Please see website for a list of current classes.

Nina has chosen the concept of Svastha as the guiding principle of her yogic path. She uses Svastha to facilitate
her own and others’ learning processes, seeking the balance of intention and well-being that lies therein. Her classes are strong, yet playful and healing. Nina is both a yoga teacher and a massage therapist. She brings the two professions together in a yoga practice that emphasizes physical alignment as well as mental and spiritual well-being.

Why yoga in the park? Why not! Yoga is about
creating movement with a connection to the breath. It is an opportunity to bring calmness into the mind and body - and what better place to find calmness than in a park! Due to our busy lives - we rarely can find time to sit and enjoy the amazing environment that is around us, yoga in the park not only allows you to find time to give back to yourself, but also allows you to connect with nature.
The style is based on Hatha/Flow which basically means anyone of any ability can enjoy it. The main focus is on correct alignment of the body to ensure safety and to get the best benefit from the poses. The style and pace can be tailored to what you want to ensure you really are getting the most out of your yoga practice.

This class has been set up to help the up and coming yoga teacher trainers practice their teaching techniques.
