at Bulli. This 'Yoga is for Everybody' including all ages, all body shapes and sizes, all levels of health, fitness, mobility and yoga experience. The teacher, Sue Brittain is a fully accredited Yoga teacher who has been teaching since 2000.
The Yoga Sue teaches is a systematic approach that incorporates awareness of all aspects of one's being, using postures to stretch, tone and relax the physical body, breathing practices to balance the energy in the body, meditation to calm and focus the mind and deep relaxation to reduce stress, promote healing and create a sense of well-being. Practices are taught systematically and safely with an emphasis on developing self awareness.

This 200 YTT will leave you inspired and knowledgeable. You will be well equipped to teach both a Vinyasa and hatha
style Yoga class. Taught in two convenient blocks to give you time to absorb and fully understand the content, this course gives you lesson plans and much more.
Claire has practiced Yoga continuously since 1979 and she teaching since 1989. With over 5000 hours teaching and intensive study, (both Eastern philosophy and Western science) she has much to share. The focus is always on using Yoga as a tool towards health.
