BB Yoga Flow is offering several yoga classes weekly - from Basic Flow to Vinyasa Flow - as well as privates in Placencia,
Belize.

Located at the Live Oak Plaza office building, next to the offices of Budget Car Rental and RF&G Insurance, in between the airstrip and The Turtle Inn.

The current schedule is:

Monday: 6:00am - Vinyasa Flow 9:00am - Basic Flow

Tuesday: 9:00am - Vinyasa Flow

Wednesday: 6:00am - Vinyasa Flow 9:00am - Gentle Flow

Thursday: 9:00am - Ashtanga (Half Led Primary)

Friday: 6:00am - Gentle Flow 9:00am - Basic Flow

Duration: 75 minutes

All classes are led by Agnes Balawejder-Busch, RYT 200 Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, who received her certification from the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, USA.
