Cilica has 14 yrs experience teaching yoga, meditation, and therapy in a wide arena, for all styles and approaches from a traditional yoga perspective. [She is a natural teacher who has taught various subjects for over 30 years.]
She is a gifted intuitive and meditative whose approach comes from a compassionate & humorous centre in where she shares ancient wisdoms to unlock personal growth and potential.
