Pilates North is a warm, inviting environment that is focused on the well being and happiness of our clients. Our
goal is to deliver a functional training programs that strengthens the body, challenges the spirit and liberates the minds of our participants. We have over 60 classes a week in Pilates, Ugi and TRX as well as various ongoing workshops geared to Yoga and Pilates practitioners.
