Work shops and Teacher Trainings by world renowned teachers are also organized on a regular basis in our studios in Van Palace and Blue Castle International Centre both Chaoyang District - Beijing. Yoga Yard is founded on a love for yoga and the joy the practice can bring. High-quality teaching, an emphasis on
safety, and a deep respect for the practice underlie our school’s philosophy. We are committed to supporting students as they explore and grow their yoga practice, and welcome everyone regardless of age, gender, experience, level and physical condition.
Pranavikasa Yoga Sala, Beijing, is founded by Hemanth Bym, one of the most promising young Indian Yoga Gurus of his
generation. He was invited to teach Yoga in China in 2008 and in 2011 started his own practice, the Pranavikasa Yoga in Beijing. The overriding mission of the Pranavikasa Yoga is to promote the benefits of traditional yoga in China and through its dedicated practice the cultivation of a disciplined mind and healthy body. Most classes are personally conducted by Hemanth. PV Yoga is located in Shangdu Soho, near The Place. The studio covers two floors with two big exercise rooms. It has a changing room with lockers and showers. Apart from Hatha, and Ashtanga classes, PV Yoga’s also including Therapy classes (for those who has Neck/back problems), and Mysore Traditional Yoga classes, which is currently only tau ght here in Beijing.
Yonnie is Beijing's only Yoga Alliance 500 hour certified Yoga Teacher. She teaches led and Mysore style Ashtanga,
mixed level Hatha and very gentle Hatha classes. Yonnie is studying applied anatomy and physiology with an Australian physiotherapist. She also travels to India twice a year to study yoga therapy, and Ashtanga yoga with some of the most senior teachers in the world.
All of Yonnie's classes draw traditional yoga together with biomechanics and Western concepts of the human body. She adapts a yoga practice to suit your body, whether you are young or old, active or inactive, creaky or bendy.
Yonnie doesn't presume to have any definitive answers. And she doesn't preach any particular 'paths'. Yonnie believes in guiding you to find your own way.

Being now a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher, I am looking forward to sharing the centering/grounding power of yoga with you.
