In our beginners' courses we teach 12 basic asanas, the sun salutation and basic breathing exercises. Focus is on
relaxation and stress relieve. Times for the beginners courses are flexible - please contact us. After having passed our beiginners' course you will be welcome to join our open classes. Our outdoor weekends offer asana classes as well as talks about yoga tradition and philosophy. Private tuition and company courses can be arranged. give us a call and drop in for any class at any of our collectives locations. We offer Ashtanga, Hatha, Ashtanga Flow, Restorative Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Zen Stretch classes and various other classes as well!
Take your time to try out the various types of yoga with different instructors. You may find that you prefer one teacher or studio over another and that you enjoy a certain style of yoga.
