and also a rheumatoid arthritis patient of more than 20 years. So if you have strength, mobility, flexibility, and/or chronic pain issues this is the yoga class for you. The classes are tailored to your needs.

Yuval combines Thai Yoga massage with techniques from the yoga world and biofeedback practice, as an integral process
to achieve the desired state of relaxation, self-regulation and optimal performance. Using Thai Yoga massage, Yuval gets the client into the desired relaxed state of mind, body and spirit. Yoga techniques allow the client to maintain a relaxed state, and Biofeedback enables monitoring results achieved during the process.
