Come and practice the ancient art of yoga in our beautiful yoga temple here at Natura Cabana, within sight and sound
of the ocean. We have a regular program of classes that are suitable for both experienced practitioners and beginners alike. Classes last for 90 minutes and the teacher, Kieran Barry (from the UK) teaches a dynamic, alignment-based form of yoga drawn from the Anusara and Vinyasa Flow traditions. (Kieran is a fully qualified yoga instructor with Yogaalliance). During the course of each class we will practice the asanas (postures) as well as pranayama (breathing exercises) and also dhyana (meditation). The regular practice of yoga can help to develop strength and agility in the body and peace and presence in the mind as well as an overall sense of health and well-being.
