She is a qualified yoga instructor with a Teaching Diploma from the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY). She is also a fully certified Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga teacher which brings valuable benefits to her hatha yoga classes. Classes are located in the Cotswold Water Park area. My practice and teaching of yoga is inspired by the philosophy of Vanda Scaravelli and influenced by many years of
learning the Alexander Technique. I focus very much on working in a gentle and intelligent way to encourage the body to go into postures when it is ready. We offer classes, workshops and retreats in yoga practices including asana, pranayama meditation and mantra. I am also now offering Cyclic Meditation for the first time in the UK. In collaboration with other yoga practitioners and experts we offer specialist classes and workshops including Yoga and Rehabilitation, Scaravelli inspired workshops and Mantra Chant.
Classes and workshops are taught from a variety of locations and one to one tuition is also available from my yoga space and via Skype.

Set in a converted mission hall this is a dedicated yoga space - warm, clean and
quiet with plenty of natural light and a lovely oak floor. We have two good sized studios with over 35 different and varied classes running every week, three therapy rooms, a coffee lounge to meet and chat, changing rooms with lockers and showers. We are in the centre of Cheltenham, two minutes walk from Debenhams. There is a big pay and display car park right on our doorstep. Open early till late, Monday to Saturday.
Following a Hatha tradition, we incoporate Yoga postures (asana) and movement in coordination with the breath. Practices
are usually structured around a theme, to provide focus, reflection, and perspective to the postural and breath work. Beth has been practicing yoga since 1990 and qualififed as a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher 14 years ago. Her popular
