Tuesday 7pm to 8.30pm Hatha yoga suitable for beginners and those with experience. Hatha yoga classes will include flowing sequences, standing poses, seated poses, balances and supported poses. We will focus on correct physical alignment and the breath as you link breath awareness with movement. The class ends with pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation.
Wednesday 10am to 11.30am Gentle yoga for beginners I will guide you through gentle sequences teaching you the fundamentals of yoga including correct alignment and yoga breathing. Beginners classes will include limbering exercises, standing poses, seated poses, gentle backbends and relaxation.
Thursday 7pm to 8.30pm Vinyasa flow yoga This class will use flowing sequences of poses linked together with the breath. Vinyasa is a dynamic and physically challenging style that changes every week as you explore new sequences including sun salutes (surya namaskar), standing poses, balance sequences, hip opening poses and more.
Saturday 9am to 10.30am Gentle flow yoga An energising class, combining gentle but stimulating yoga sequences yoga breathing and relaxation. The perfect way to begin a wonderful weekend.
