8 WEEK MINDFULNESS COURSES (Meditation for Daily Life) ARE AVAILABLE REGULARLY THROUGHOUT THE YEAR IN OXFORDSHIRE. Former teacher at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre I have experience of teaching more than 40, 8 week courses. Mindfulness makes you aware of how habitual thoughts control your daily experience and shows you simple techniques which enable you to make different choices and respond differently. These courses are a great way to become familiar with this fascinating approach based on Buddhist awareness training and the benefits it can bring to daily life and practice. Group adult classes are available in Staverton,Northamptonshire and Daventry. One to one classes and private tuition
can be booked on request. I also offer yoga classes for children in nurseries and schools within Northamptonshire and Warwickshire.

can transform a person, It doesn't matter what is happening in your life, what your age, level of fitness, size or shape there's always a way to practise yoga and meditation that will be beneficial for you. I believe it's best to get a really good foundation to build on and am currently concentrating on teaching yoga basics in Towcester taking each week to explore new postures, alignment and energy movement in yoga asana, and looking at different methods and techniques to calm and still the mind.
