I am a fully qualified Iyengar yoga teacher and teach on Tuesday mornings in Great Baddow, Chelmsford.
Times:9.45 - 11.15 and 11.30 - 1pm.
My classes are small and friendly. The first class is aimed at students who have previous knowledge of Iyengar yoga and the second class is aimed at beginners and also those who have experience. Please call or e-mail me for further details of these or other classes.

Yoga classes are held on Monday evenings from 7-8.30pm and 8.35-9.35pm at the Quakers / Friends Meeting House, Chelmsford CM1 2QL; Wednesdays from 9.30-11am and 11.30-12.30 at St Andrews Hall, Little Baddow CM3 4TG; and Thursdays from 11.30-12.45 at Bodysense studios, Danbury. WEDNESDAYS 7 - 8.30PM Class for all levels, beginners welcome. My classes include a balanced flow of classic yoga postures, plenty of stretches and breathing exercises, with an optional relaxation session at the end of each class. £5 per class, drop in welcome. Please bring your own mat or towel.
