Following a Hatha tradition, we incoporate Yoga postures (asana) and movement in coordination with the breath. Practices are usually structured around a theme, to provide focus, reflection, and perspective to the postural and breath work. the place for yoga in Cheltenham Set in a converted mission hall this is a dedicated yoga space - warm, clean and quiet with plenty of natural light and a lovely oak floor. We have two good sized studios with over 35 different and varied classes running every week, three therapy rooms, a coffee lounge to meet and chat, changing rooms with lockers and showers. We are in the centre of Cheltenham, two minutes walk from Debenhams. There is a big pay and display car park right on our doorstep. Open early till late, Monday to Saturday.
