I teach in Batheaston & Bradford on Avon. Beginners are welcome. Each class has gentle through deeper versions of each posture so you can do as much or as little as feels save and comfortable. The classes are relaxed and friendly. You will learn to listen to your body,to connect with your breath and discover your body is deeply wise: that pain and tensions are natural alarms to get you to slow down. I also give individual sessions and teach classes in: massage, reflexology: mindfulness: relationship & comunication skills, as well as being a counsellor. All these skills influence the way I teach.
