I run Hatha yoga classes in Great Notley area of Braintree. We practice vinyasa flow for flexibility, static postures
for building strength, pranayama (breath control) and most importantly relaxation. I occasionally run meditation evenings and 4 hour workshops. All abilities welcome. If you would like to join us your 1st class is free, please call to book space quoting 'yogafinder'
I am a fully qualified Iyengar yoga teacher and teach on Tuesday mornings in Great Baddow, Chelmsford.

The open classes are suitable for all levels. The intermediate class is for students who are confident with headstand. We supply all equipment, but you can bring your own mat if you wish. Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing and bring socks and a jumper or wrap.
