Yoga-Fitness is run by Sammie Mason a qualified teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga.
Yoga-Fitness offers a range
of dynamic weekly classes, pregnancy yoga classes, as well as courses for the 'complete' beginner and 'improving' beginner. Workshops are run throughout the year as well as bespoke one to one private sessions. All are based in the Richmond, St Margaret’s, Twickenham and Teddington area.

Everyone is welcome. Including those who would like to try yoga and are put off as they believe their body is not bendy enough!
I encourage listening to the internal voice of the body. Instead of asking you to conform and contort into an asana, I encourage self-informed choices so that you can explore your own uniqueness and let the asanas fit you. I find this makes classes fun, whilst leaving you with a healthy and respectful enjoyment of your body, as well as a deeper understanding of its needs and limitations.
