Yoga-Fitness offers a range
of dynamic weekly classes, pregnancy yoga classes, as well as courses for the 'complete' beginner and 'improving' beginner. Workshops are run throughout the year as well as bespoke one to one private sessions. All are based in the Richmond, St Margaret’s, Twickenham and Teddington area.
