Tuesday’s – 7:00pm – 8:00pm – MPS Modified Primary Series - £6 drop in (£30 for block of 6) – Beginner’s. Promotes balance and symmetry in the body aiding the process of detoxification and tonifcation.
Thursday’s – 7:00pm – 8:00pm – Vinyasa Flow - £7 drop in (£36 for block of 6) – All Levels - An energising and free flowing class . Satyananda Yoga is a form of integral yoga which develops all aspects of one's being including the body, mind, emotions
and psyche, leading the practitioner towards a more balanced and harmonious state. This form of yoga is systematic, progressive and can be practised by anyone regardless of age, culture, religion or ability. Classes include postural work (asana) breathing practices (pranayama) and deep relaxation (yoga nidra). Classes are run typically in blocks of six and cost £48(equivalent £8 per class). They run on Tuesdays at 1PM, 6.15PM and 8PM. On Wednesdays at 1PM, 6.15PM and 8PM and on Fridays at 6.45AM. Classes include stress management, beginners, gentle/chair yoga and continuers yoga. Helen's 6 week courses provides a weekly space for you to unwind & focus on yourself & your growing baby at the end
of a busy week. Each week you will learn new yoga postures & techniques to help you feel more comfortable as your baby grows, as well as relaxation techniques & yoga for birth, which will help you approach birth calmly & confidently. The 6 week course is great for ladies who find it difficult to find time for themselves and relaxation.
