Thula Yoga is honoured to present to the West the Agama system of yoga, a truly authentic and integral yoga combining Hatha, Tantra, Kundalini and Laya yoga. Specifically Thula Yoga focuses on Tantra. Tantric Yoga teaches precise techniques of working with energy that can be directly perceived, controlled, and stored in various areas of the body. This is why Yoga is an extremely powerful tool of personal development. Working with energy is the basis of any real inner transformation.
At Harmony Harbour we specialise in Kundalini Yoga which is a spiritual technology. It is practical, powerful and
transformative. It gives us the tools and is the means by which we can safely raise our Kundalini energy so that our consciousness can rise through the chakras and be used to live consciously through elevated spiritual awareness. Therefore your creative potential becomes available to you.

RSME/T. I have been practising yoga since 1981 and teaching since 2003. I work with all sorts of people with all sorts of bodies but specialise in working with dancers and people with hypermobility. I also work in the queer community. I take a somatic approach to yoga, working with the whole person on the mat. I am autistic and welcome neurodivergent people to my classes.
Julia teaches Holistic Yoga, she obtained her 200hr in California at The Chopra Center where she studied The Seven
Spiritual Laws of Yoga. Her 500hr certification is from The World Conscious Yoga Family in Akhanda Yoga at Anand Prakash Ashram in Rishikesh, India.
Julia strives for beauty and clarity in her language. She is constantly investigating effective ways to present the ancient teachings, guiding students to explore mind, body and spirit, opening the door to self-discovery and illumination.
As a yoga teacher her passion is bringing healing mantras and the symbolism of the primordial elements to her classes, encouraging the nurturing flow of breath by creating space and freedom in the body.
