I teach an eclectic style of mindfulness-based yoga including
asana, pranayama, relaxation, meditation and bits of yoga philosophy and aim to increase my students' awareness, understanding and control of their body, breath and state of mind in order to enable them to go about their daily lives with mindfulness and a sense of purpose and well-being. Yoga is for everyone, you start from where you are now, regardless of gender, age and physical and mental fitness. Come and try! I currently run a general class as well as special classes for seniors. I am also a yoga therapist, working with people living with dementia and their carers.
Classes are held in a converted barn set in the Surrey countryside. Judith is qualified with the British Wheel of
Yoga Diploma. Her classes are small, friendly and gentle. Private yoga lessons or classes for small groups are also available. Classes are available for beginner or experienced students. Classes are held on Monday and Thursday mornings from 10-11.30am. Please see my website for more details.

Tony Parsons teaches small classes in Redhill/Reigate, and private classes throughout Surrey. He also runs retreats
in Nerja, on the boundary of the Almijara Mountains and the Costa Del Sol. Classes are open to all levels of experience and emphasise individual attention. Tony also specialises in Children with Special Needs and back/joint problems. He has practised Yoga (Iyengar, Vini... ) for more than 20 years, but was it was in 2001, after a back injury, that he was fortunate to be introduced to Scaravelli Yoga by Mary Addison and then Ed Fellows and Sophy Hoare. Since 2005 he has been a member of Sophy?s weekly class, and has attended all Diane Long's workshops with her. He completed a BTEC Professional Diploma in teaching Yoga in the Scaravelli style at Morley college with Rosamunde Jordan and Marilyn Freedman. Tony is a naturally sympathetic teacher of long experience, and prefers to take an individual approach with students.
Pregnancy Yoga teaches courses for pregnancy yoga students via the internet and via support.
We deliver a total solution
for prenatal women who want to keep fit and well during their pregnancy. The course allows women to month by month learn and use yoga as an exercise to help them through their three trimesters and feel great coming up to birth.
Friendly, flowing classes designed for the all round wellbeing of the mind, body and soul. Suitable for beginner to
intermediate level. Classes are general Hatha yoga style with influences from Iyengar, Yin and Yoga Flow. Mats provided.
